TRAVEL MARKETING

The teacher told us to do a little presentation about a city in the European union. So my friends Izaro June and I had a great idea; we asked him if we could do the three of us together and he permitted us so, we prepared an incredible presentation about Bruges, Vienna and Santorini.

I have to say that at first, preparing it, was a little bit tiring but once we were on the road, the rest was so much easier.

ARTS OR SCIENECE

 WHICH IS THE BEST???

The debate of Science Vs Arts and which one outwits the other is an eternal one. If science is about fact, art is about fiction and debates. If Science delves into the world and beyond, Arts is about searching within. 

Benefits of studying science:

• Studying science equips a student with essential skills that make them employable.
• A student will be at an advantage to discover and invent things that would be beneficial to the society at large. 
• Science subjects like Biology teaches us how living things work, Physics enlightens us with the working of the universe and Chemistry helps us with the knowledge of various chemical processes and how they can be utilized.

Benefits of studying arts:

• Studying Arts or Humanities help a student develop powers of analysis and expression.
  
• Though the study of arts may not make you directly employable, it prepares you for future jobs that require good communication skills, logical reasoning and analytical ability.

Next week we are going to to stay at a speech delivering the famous theme of Brexit, so in class we are learning a bit more about it. It's a little bit confusing because it has nothing to do with our subject but on the other hand it is quite interesting.

THE END OF THE 2ND TERM

THE END OF THE SECOND TERM:

Hi everyone!

These days are the end of the second term, un this days we are finishing our projects although and the marks are already put.

Talking about the mark I have to say that I'm not very happy with it. I think that in this term I have been working much harder and the mark doesn't reflect that. 

THIRD TERM

Third term: The LAST !!!

In this term we are going to work on technological aspects like recording. The first thing we are going to do is to  record  a video with the topic of human rights. This video is going to be for a contest so we are going to do our best to win the competition and get the price, which is to travell to Auschwitz for 4 days.

Here we have the picture that I took. It is Ondarreta beach and I took this photo wiyh yhe rocks because I really hate them, when I'm in the beach I hate walking through them it is really annoying.

This storyboard is connected with the challenge of KRISSIA. Our team we invent a story and we show aspects like how a healthy life must be or what we can eat to reach a healthy life. We wanted t only concentrate in the fish and vegetables, because they are the products that less are eaten in Euskadi.

The teacher told us to do a song video. So my friends, Izaro and June, and I have choosen this song because its very sad and also reflects the bad face when one relationship end. So we went to Zubimuxu, a small park in Antiguo and we recorded some scnes: around the trees...

CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN

Cheaper by the dozen is a 2003 family comedy film and directed by Shawn Levy. The film was released on December 25, 2003, by 20 century Fox and grossed 190 million dolar against its 40 million dolar budget. 

PITCH: 

- The Bakers, a family of 14, live in Midland, in a small town.

-Tom, the father, gets the job of his life and the whole family move to the big city. The family in a way gets broken.

- The union of the family.

FIND: They learn to live in the big city making other friends.

CAST: 

PLOT, TECHNICAL ISSUES, WHAT I LIKE MOST:

The Baker family live in Midland in a small city. But suddenly the father, Tom Baker, gets the offert to tarin the team of his life, but there is a problem; the family has to move to Illinois, the big city. So the 12 children have to leave their friends in their town and move to the big city. The children aren't very happy. In Illinois all gets very complicated. Tom, hasn't time to spend with his sons and daughters and his wife Kate. Moreover, Kate gets the opportunity to publicise her novel, but she has to go to NY a week and Tom has to take care of the children. The children aren't happy and feel misunderstood so one of the sons, Mark, decides to return to their town, Midland. The family can't imagine what is happening and they all start searching for Mark. At the end, they find Mark and the family get more strong than never.

One of the aspects I like most is that although the family get broken, brothers and sisters take care of each other everytime, at school... And feature to point out is that when Kate moves to NY the caos is mostly all the time, and it was really funny but at the same time to take into consideration. 

I really like some of the scenes so I'm going to put them. 

I reaaly like also the sountrack, because there are many songs that I know like: I'm just a kid, Intoo deep, Life is a highway... and the songs feats very well with the content itself. 

About the technical issues, I don't find anything special like special effects or something like this. Obviously the technique is better than the other movie I saw, Vertigo, because the film is much older.

RECOMMENDATION:

I recommend everyone to see this great movie. It is very funny and I think that it shows the problems of many families and how we can get ahead. I like also to point out the role that Tom Bakers play; he is a very funny man and he doesn't get concious about how his family is feeling with the big change and by saying so I would like to say that sometimes parents do what is better to the family but not taking the word of their daughters or sons.

HERITAGE

The teacher told us to do a video about our heritages at Christmas so we recorded two videos. 

The first ones shows the day of Santo Tomas, which is a very special day to us; we recorded how people were dressed and what do we eat: Talo with txistorra and sagardo. 

The second one shows the New year eve. We met all the teammates and we organized a lunch imitating the dinner that we do typically wth our families. We also recorded a special coincert in Hatortxu where the team Vendetta gave their last concert.
